Audio and Video Recording Policy
As a general rule, Future Professionals are prohibited from taking—or having others take—photographs, videos, or audio recordings (including any image, sound, or video captured via any device, such as smartphones, tablets, wearable technology, or hidden equipment) on campus or at any school-sponsored event. This prohibition extends to the use of any device or technology, including but not limited to recording-capable eyewear (such as smart glasses or camera-equipped glasses, including Meta devices or similar), hidden cameras, or any equipment designed to capture images, audio, or video discreetly or covertly. The use of wearable technology that enables or possesses recording capabilities is prohibited within school facilities.
Upon written request and with written authorization from the School Director, the taking of photographs and the recording of video or audio may be permitted as authorized. However, it is the responsibility of the person capturing the photograph, audio, or video to obtain the explicit consent of all individuals who may appear in them before recording or photographing begins. To request a review of a proposed photography, audio, or video recording project, please contact the Director. Although generally prohibited, Future Professionals may take a limited number of photographs and videos—provided they are educationally appropriate—for use in "before and after" comparisons and to support the development of their portfolios, while complying at all times with the school’s Social Media Policy.
